Pioneer Living History Museum Turkey Shoot

In November, the Pioneer Living History Museum held its annual Turkey Shoot. For the prior two weeks I had been practicing my turkey calling techniques in preparation to shoot me a Thanksgiving Turkey. "Gobble, Gobble. Gobble, Gobble." could be heard outside my open window so much that my dog Coco was starting to think she was a Turkey.

I showed up with my itchy trigger finger ready to enter the Black Powder Muzzle Loader Competition. Since, I was dog sitting, I also took along a friends little Yorkshire-Terrier/Poodle, named Bentley. He (Bentley) was like a kid in a candy store running from tumble weed to tumble weed claiming the entire park as his kingdom.
